Indonesian-style dishes are often present in various occasions. Starting homemade meal, or when there is celebration.
Ingredients :
500 gr tempe
750 cc santan from 1 coconut
75 gr green peppers, cut into 1 cm thick oblique
2 bay leaves
Spices are blended:
5 pieces of red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon toasted coriander
2 tsp salt
1 segment (2cm) turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp roasted shrimp paste
How to make:
1. Cut the tempeh 3cmx5cmx1cm size, or to taste. Steam for 15 minutes, remove, drain.
2. Mix coconut milk with blended spices, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes until the spices to infuse.
3. Enter tempeh, green peppers, and bay leaves. Cook, stirring frequently until the coconut milk is low, lift. Serve.
